Doug Shute After being traumatized in 1986 by The Transformers: The Movie, Doug realized life is short and that we should all pursue a profession we love. That is why his goal is to help people create tabletop games so that others can experience fun and make connections. Over the last 10 years Doug has collaborated with multiple tabletop gaming publishers on product development, design and marketing. Doug’s current role is Account Director of Games at Kickstarter where he helps creators achieve their goal of bringing games to reality through crowdfunding.
When Doug is not working, he contemplates how to create more shelf space for his massive Transformers collection or snacks on Raspberry Frosted Poptarts. Sometimes it’s both.
