This idol showcase is a non-competitive performance featuring cosplayers from idol fandoms of all genres. Groups will practice and audition to perform for a live audience, and typically involves dancing and sometimes singing. Idol showcases are a way to pay tribute to Japanese idol culture and promote a positive community within the idoling/cosplay scene!
