Ciro Nieli Ciro Nieli is an American director, producer and designer of animated television series. He is known as the creator and executive producer of the animated series Super Robot Monkey Team Hyperforce Go! (2004), and as the showrunner and executive producer of the 3D computer-animated series Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (2012). He is also known as a director on seasons 1 and 2 of the animated series Teen Titans (2003).
As a comic book artist, Ciro has contributed to publications from IDW, Dark Horse, Waverly and Five Color Comics. And, he has done NECA’s sold out 2012 TMNT Action Figure line features box art as well.
