Mike Rotunda Mike “IRS” Rotunda is an American retired professional wrestler. He is best known for his appearances with the World Wrestling Federation (WWF) and World Championship Wrestling (WCW) in the 1980s and 1990s under the ring names Mike Rotunda, Michael Wallstreet and Irwin R. Schyster. Over the course of his career, Rotunda held many championships including the NWA World Tag Team Championship, NWA World Television Championship and WWF Tag Team Championship.
